Smallmouth fishing is heating up.

Smallmouth fishing continues to get better as we have more normal temps and weather patterns. Surface activity is productive and is producing some of the larger fish through the day. Fishing smallies will continue through the summer and into the fall. These are my favorite fish to pursue and are a great fish on the fly rod. If you have not had the chance to catch smallmouth on the fly make it a must do this summer.
